Gram Masala Ramen Noodles

Top Ramen noodles are dirt cheep; you can buy 10 packs of them for a $1 when they are on sale. Plus they make a tasty spicy meal! Of course that jerk Sheriff Joe Arpaio sells them for the rip off price of $1 a pack in his third world tent city jail.
  • 1 package Top Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of dehydrated onions (optional)
  • 1 table spoon of gram masala
  • 1 or 2 ounces of Cholula Hot Sauce
  • 1 packet of seasoning that comes with the noodles
  • 1 Knorr shrimp, beef, or chicken bullion cube (optional)

Boil the noodles and dehydrated onions in a microwave oven for 4 or 5 minutes.

Drain most of the water from the noodles. Try to keep the onions.

Add the hot sauce to the noodles, mix in the gram masala, bullion cube and packet of seasoning.

If you can’t handle hot spicy food start with 1 teaspoon of gram masala and one teaspoon of hot sauce.

Serves 1 person. Eat with chop sticks to be oriental.

I have purchased packages of Indian noodles and this American food altered with a tablespoon of gram masala kicks *ss on the real stuff from India. And it is much cheeper! The Indian noodles cost 50 cents and the Top Ramen Nooldles cost 10 cents.

knorr bullion cubes Last I really like Knorr bullion cubes even if they are just made out of salt and flavoring!! My favorite are the shrimp flavored cubes. Somewhere somebody told me that salt is good for your heart! If that is true you should eat 3 Knorr bullion cubes each day!

Friends don’t let friends buy spices at American grocery stores!
