- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of gram masala
- 2 ounces of Cholula hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons of dehydrated onions (optional)
- a little salt
- a little water.
Mix the ground beef, gram masala, chilli, salt, water and dehydrated onions.
Perhaps add a little water for the onions.
The dehydrated onions will suck up that fat from the beef.
If you’re an American or don’t like very spicy food
start out with 1 teaspoon of gram masala instead of 2 tablespoons.
For the Cholula hot sauce use a half ounce instead of 2 ounces.
Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes two big hamburgers.
