  make a sour cream dip for chips and papads and use either spinish or mint or cliantro. of course chilli, chili, chile, chille or however you spell it is required. perhaps some french onions like i use for my normal dip and maybe some garam masala like i normally use. so course we have to add something to make it salty. maybe the beef brooth used in the french onion dip. who knows maybe chicken or shrimp brooth.
